Clash Of Authors - S01 E28

Read Story: SEASON 1 EPISODE 28

chorus saw the car parked the front of

Henry’s house. It was very unusual as Henry

never condole such visits.

Chorus walked to the door. He knocked and

saw that the door was locked but there was

no keys outside which signifies that the door

was locked from inside.

Chorus brought out his phone to call his

number. He tried Henry’s number several

time but nobody was picking it. Something

tells him that somebody was inside.

chorus was planning on how to destroy the

call when he saw an incoming call from his

brother ownet. He quickly picked it and the

following conversation ensued:

chorus: good afternoon bross.

Ownet: afternoon chorus how are you.

Chorus: i am fine sir. How is dad and the

rest people doing over there.

Ownet: they are doing very great. Dad is

adjusting little by little. So hope you and you

team are working hard.

Chorus: yes sir we are trying our best. So

bross when will you still be coming back.

Ownet: i will be back tommorow, i have

already took care of things properly here.

But have you been seeing Henry because i

called his number some few hours ago and

he is not picking the calls.

Chorus: same thing with me o. I was with

him some few hours ago when i decided to

go and meet my group members. But i have

been calling him since then and he is not

picking it. I am even at the front of his

house now but it seems nobody is here.

Ownet: ah ah alright. Since you said you

saw him earlier maybe he is busy make sure

you check on him tommorow

chorus: yes sir i will. Take care.

(they disconnect the call)

chorus put the phone on his pockets and

turned back to go home but first he peeped

at the car parked on the front of Henry’s

house before heading home. He presumed

that maybe the car owner came to visit

another person afterall it was not so close.

Mr Friday’s men looked at chorus. They

were already planning on eliminating him if

he keeps standing but to them, he was

lucky. Their leader mc baba illorin signalled

to the rest guys for them to continue the

search.

They were able to retrieve 12duplicates of

the list but they were not sure if its all.

They called Mr Friday and he told them to

bring the ones they were able to retrieve.

Mc baba illorin quickly move closer to Henry

and activate his joints in other for him to

wake up in few minutes.

After doing everything they set the room in

place and place some detective cameras in

some hidden areas.

They went outside leaving the doors open.
