Copa America: Vinicius slams organisers after 4-1 win

Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Jr, has slammed the organisers of the ongoing Copa America 2024 following Brazil’s 4-1 win against Paraguay on Thursday.

After a goalless draw with Costa Rica in their opening game, the Selecao got their first win of the tournament against Paraguay.

Vinicius bagged a brace for Brazil and afterwards had harsh words for the organizers, telling the media, according Telegraph Online, “The Copa America is always difficult because of the pitches, because of the referees – who always go against us – and because the way CONMEBOL treats people.

"It’s always difficult but we have to stay strong, we can only talk by winning. When we talk, CONMEBOL says we talk too much.”
