The competition, DAILY POST learnt, will commence from May 19.

The winner and second-place team will also compete in Africa’s premier club competition CAF Champions League next season.

The Interim Management Committee (IMC) adopted an abridged format for the 2022/23 season in order to harmonise the NPFL with the European calendar.
