WorldStarHipHop Founder ' Q ' Found Dead; Dies At 43
Lee "Q" O'Denat, the Queens-bred founder of the influential music and urban culture website WorldstarHipHop.com, has died in southern California. He was 43.
He died in his sleep on Monday night, according to TMZ. An autopsy is scheduled for later Tuesday although one source tells us Q died of a heart attack. Any other details are missing for now.
O'Denat, known primarily as Q, started the WSHH site in 2005. It has since grown into a video-based platform that attracts over 1 million unique visitors per day. O'Denat referred to the site as the "CNN of the ghetto."
