How to create java themes with your java phone.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN JAVA THEMES WITH YOUR JAVA PHONE.

THE PROCESS IS KNOWN AS MODDING(editing)

Requirements:
*Blue ftp click here to download blue ftp

* A Java phone

Step 1

Create a new folder. Copy a theme already
on your phone that you want to edit to that folder. And also copy the pictures you want to use.

Step 2

Open your Blue FTP, locate the folder and rename the copied theme in that folder click on the theme, it will show some list of file,press menu button select option and click on SELECT ALL, after that click on COPY SELECTED ITEM, Then create another new folder with blue ftp by pressing 'menu' and click 'NEW FOLDER' and name it with any name. Then open the folder and press MENU/OPTION then click on EXTRACT SELECTED ITEMS HERE. It will take sometime just be pressing YES until its stops.

Step 3

Now you can replace them with your pictures.
Quit your blue ftp and go to the folder you extracted the items to to edit the theme
HINTS: you should take note of names in the theme. You can replace it following my step.
You can see a file name love_ARROW.PNG delete the file and
rename your own picture with the same name i.e love_ARROW.PNG
or if you see a file name 'wallpaper.jpg' delete it first, then rename your picture to that same name
'wallpaper.jpg'.
The name in the theme should remain as it was before, its very important.
If its a theme with ringtone e.g mortalkombat.mp3
Rename your desire music to mortalkombat.mp3 but note that the higher your tone size, the bigger the size of your theme.
And make sure you have all the pictures you want to use in one folder and a copy of it in another folder. Another thing is that if we have 6 picture in the theme , thats means you will only use 6 of your pictures.

STEP 4.

BLUE FTP. Go to the folder you extracted the themes SELECT
"every file" in that folder by pressing your MENU/OPTION button then press SELECT ALL from your option key. Note that there will be
no changes when you are selecting them. After that, press MENU/OPTION button , now click on COMPRESS TO .NTH .
Then it will show a path of saving files Select ok button and continue to press yes until it stop. After it stopped, close the
application and go to that folder you will see a theme named FILE.NTH, now you
can rename it to your desired name.
Now your theme is ready for use.
Apply it.
