Marriage is not what it used to be – Efya

Sensational highlife and soul singer, Jane Awindor professionally known as Efya, has revealed why has no interest in tying the knot anytime soon.

Efya disclosed her reason for not marrying to her fans when she engaged them in a question and answer session on twitter, telling them a bit of herself.

She said that, the basis upon which people marry has change and that seems to have given her a new perspective on marriage.

We agree with the singer, gone were the days marriage was based on the love and affection people had for each other, but not today. Today’s people marry for property acquisition and to spite others.

The singer still has marriage on her wish list as she told her fans that time will tell who she’ll marry.
