Federation Cup semifinal venues announced

Four cities have been picked to stage a game each in the 2015 Federation Cup semifinal billed for next week

The Nigeria Football Federation has confirmed that the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna and the Lekan Salami Stadium, Ibadan will host next week’s men Federation Cup games.

16, 000 capacity Ahmadu Bello Stadium will host the clash between FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Crown FC in the first semi-final encounter on September 25.

In Ibadan , Nasarawa United will lock horns with Enyimba. The People’s Elephants dismissed Rivers United, while Nasarawa edged Akwa United on penalties.

In the women’s Federation Cup, Rivers Angels go up against Nasarawa Amazons at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, while Delta Queens will hope to get a ticket to the final against Bayelsa Queens at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
