Ugandan President Surprises Villagers As He Fetches Water On A Bicycle (Photos)

President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, did the unusual this morning -as he was spotted fetching water on a bicycle in a Kawumu village, Luweero District. The president did this to mobilize and demonstrate drip irrigation for crops that he planted on a land recently acquired by the government.
