President Muhammadu Buhari arrived Benin Republic today to attend 11th summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Niger Basin Authority.

The President was received by the Prime Minister of Republic of Benin Mr Lionel Zinsou and Nigeria's Ambassador to Benin Republic Amb.
Lawrence Obisakin, Minister of Water Resources Suleiman Adamu and Minister of State Foreign AffairsHajia Khadija Bukar Ibrahimat the Cotonou International Airport.
