Microsoft offers big discounts for Surface Pro 4 tablets

Ah, December – the heart and soul of the festive season. With so many holidays revolving around the family and the act of giving, it is no wonder that this is also a time for great deals and discounts.

Like many other retailers, Microsoft has been very active throughout this time with a campaign that is called “12 Days of Deals”.

Today is the fourth day of this initiative, and after offering some nice discounts on Xbox One games, PCs and laptops, the software giant is currently trying to entice customers by reducing the price of its Surface Pro 4 tablets.

The company offers price reductions that range between $150 and $200 on every variant of the device (the more advanced iterations feature better processors and more RAM), but the biggest observable discount for today is for the most basic version of the Surface Pro 4. A good 28% of the regular price have been hacked down and now the tablet goes for $649 - $250 less than usual. A free sleeve for the device is also thrown in the mix.

The gadget has a 12,3-inch PixelSense touchscreen display and it sports an Intel Core m3 CPU, a 128 GB SSD and 4 Gigs of RAM, which makes it a good purchase for buyers that do not want to break the bank.

It is important to know that this deal is only available for today and it expires at 11:59pm PT.
