Kunle Afolayan Begs Pirates In Order To Pay N50m Debt Incurred From Latest Movie “The CEO”
Ace Nollywood Producer Kunle Afolayan is on his knees begging pirates to allow him reap his dividend from his mind-blowing movie, The CEO, that was premiered at Eko Hotel & Suites on Sunday.
He had to borrow a loan of N50 million to repay to ensure that the movie was a success. Now that the movie was ready, it is time to recoup the investment if only pirates will allow him.
Kunle had gotten the loan from Bank of Industry, along with sponsorship from many organizations and he has been given 13 months to settle the debt.
The event was attended by movie stars, minister of information and culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed who was accompanied by his wife, and Steve Ayorinde, the commissioner for information and strategy in Lagos.
Kunle said ““I borrowed N50million from Bank of Industry to produce this film,” said Afolayan. “Please do not pirate the film. I beg you o.
