Dear WL readers: Can I ask a girl out after just one date with her sister?

I met this pretty girl at a friend's house just last month and I took her out to lunch a few days later. We exchanged a few phone calls and text messages and I was feeling her until I met someone else just two weeks later. The girl invited me to birthday party and when I got there, I fell for the celebrant who happens to be the girl's older sister. I've been on just one date with this girl and I've never touched or even kissed her so can I ask her older sister out? I managed to get her number at her birthday party but I don't know what the younger sister may have told her about us. Nothing happened, I swear. I can't stop thinking about the older sister, she's more my type. I wish I had met her first and yes she's single. Should I make the move? I need your advise.
