LASU notice to graduating students on submission of Bio-Data forms for Certificate Production

This is to notify you that the Examination and Records Division has commenced the production of certificates for graduating students, to ensure that certificates are available for collection by graduates immediately, after the forthcoming 29th and 30th Convocation Ceremonies.

All graduating students whose results were approved by Senate on Tuesday, 4th August 2026, and Thursday, 6th August 2026, are kindly requested to complete their online Bio-Data Forms for certificate production.

Concerned graduating students are to kindly requested to follow the step-by-step approach highlighted below to facilitate the production of their certificates:

1. Visit LASU website www.lasu.edu.ng

2. Point to the STUDENTS tab

3. Click on CERTIFICATE PROCESSING

4. Complete the Graduates’ BioData Form accurately with correct information

5. Upload a passport photograph with a white background

Note: No eyeglasses, no caps

6. Print out the completed form

7. Attach a passport photograph with a white background to the Certificate Bio-Data Form

8. Submit the Bio-Data Form with a copy of the online academic profile to respective Faculty Offices

9) Faculties are thereafter to collate and forward these to the Examination and Records Division for certificate processing
