The Students' Union Government (SUG) wishes to inform all FUNAABites, particularly students residing within and around the Isolu Community, that Oro traditional rites are scheduled to hold on Thursday, 6th August 2026.
In the interest of your safety, all students are advised to make the necessary preparations ahead of time and avoid unnecessary movement during the exercise.
Students are strongly advised to remain indoors from 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, 6th August 2026, and avoid moving around the affected areas until it is safe to do so.
We also encourage everyone to remain vigilant, avoid walking alone at night, and prioritize their personal safety throughout this period.
Your safety remains our priority. Kindly share this information with other FUNAABites, especially those who reside within the affected community.
Thank you for your cooperation.
