The University Management wishes to inform all staff and students that the Second Semester 2025/2026 Computer-Based (CBE) Continuous Assessment Test, which was scheduled to commence on Monday, 27th July 2026, has been postponed.
The exercise wii now commence on Monday, 3rd August 2026.
This postponement has become necessary due to the non-compliance by some Departments with the directive to submit one higher-level course per level for the Computer-Based Continuous Assessment exercise.
Accordingly, all Heads of Department who are yet to comply are hereby directed to utilize this extension period to submit one higher-level course for each level in their Department for the assessment exercise on or before July 29, 2026, to the CBE Committee Chairman. Failure to comply within this period may adversely affect the participation of their students in the CBE Continuous Assessment.
Furthermore, students who are yet to pay their school fees and complete their course registration are advised to take advantage of this extension to regularize their status, as only duly registered students who have fulfilled all prescribed financial obligations will be eligible to participate in the assessment.
All concerned are requested to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
