Are you passionate about water conservation and environmental sustainability? Join the Rector Cares Foundation School Essay WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) Competition and share your innovative ideas for addressing Lagos’ water challenges.


SS1 and SS2 students are encouraged to participate and propose practical solutions to ensure a sustainable water future for our city.


Eligibility:

Open to students currently in SS1 or SS2.

Students must be enrolled in a recognized secondary school in Lagos.

Essay Topic:

“The Critical Role of WASH in Promoting Sustainable Development in Lagos.”

Guidelines:

Essay Length:

The essay should be between 1000 and 2000 words.

Formatting:

The essay must be typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double-spaced.

Include a title at the top of the first page.

Ensure proper citation of any sources or references used.

Duration: October 1st – 31st October

Submission Deadline:

All essays must be submitted by 31st of October.
