Police arrest man for vandalising govt wire mesh in Lagos

Operatives of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested one Sunday Adedeji for allegedly vandalizing wire mesh used by the Lagos State Government in hedging the road.

This was disclosed in a post via the Squad’s X handle on Friday, September 20.

The post revealed that the arrest was carried out on Thursday night when the operatives of the RRS were patrolling the Ile-Epo in the Oke-Odo area of the state.

The post reads: “Around 11:00 p.m. yesterday, operatives of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) patrolling Ile – Epo, Oke – Odo arrested Sunday Adedeji, 35 years old with vandalized wire mesh used by Lagos State Government in hedging the road around the area.”
