UI update regarding NELFUND beneficiaries

Further to our circular number REG/13/IL.26 of 13 September, 2024, I write to inform the University community that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has sent to the University of Ibadan a list of 3283 students whose loan applications had just been approved.

Though the money has not been received by the university, the list of the affected students are being sent to Departments and all Heads of Departments have been instructed to allow such students sit for the 2023/2024 first semester examinations.

The above is for information and strict compliance by staff and students please.
