See Complete List Of Ministers And Their Portfolios

President Muhammadu Buhari, Wednesday afternoon assigned portfolios to confirmed Ministers that were inaugurated at the Council Chamber of the Presidential Villa. The President, who announced himself as the substantive Minister of Petroleum Resources, said it was proper to have round pegs in round holes.

Living up to his pledge that there will be no business as usual, and what appeared like a deviation from the tradition of past governments, President Buhari assigned portfolios to almost all the ministers based on their areas of specialization.

The President equally announced that the nation’s ministries have now been trimmed
from 29 to 24.
