Electrician Dies After Falling Off Ladder at Popular Abia Hotel (Photo)
Bright Okon, an electrician has lost his life.
He lost his life after falling from a ladder where he went to work at a hotel.
He was confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Centre Umuahia, Abia State.
A source told ABN TV that the incident took place on Thursday at about 12:30pm when the 24-year-old was carrying out maintenance work at Evergreen Hotel, Umuahia.
He was said to be at the top of the ladder when he was suddenly electrocuted. That was when he lost balance, and landed on the ground where he sustained injury on his head.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
