Jordan Henderson’s contract with Al-Ettifaq terminated
Jordan Henderson has reached an agreement with Al Ettifaq to terminate his contract, according to Sky Sports.
The Saudi Arabian club has also agreed to let him leave their training camp in Abu Dhabi.
Henderson is now set return to England, as he searches for a new club.
Ajax remain in talks over a permanent deal to sign him.
The Dutch club remain positive about striking a deal and hoping to do so this week.
Henderson only left Liverpool in the summer to sign for Al Ettifaq, who are coached by former teammate Steven Gerrard.
