Robo Queens Ijamilusi, Osahon win NWFL Player, Coach of the Month awards
Folashade Ijamilusi has won the Nigeria Women’s Football League, NWFL, Player of the Month for December.
Ijamilusi has netted six goals for Robo Queens in the league.
The youngster’s goals has moved the Lagos based side to the playoff position on the NWFL table.
Ijamilusi beat Blessing Okpe, Nikiru Nwauke and Sylvia Echefu to the award.
Robo Queens head coach, Emmanuel Osahon also won the Coach of the Month award.
Under Osahon’s tutelage, the club has continued to fight for a playoff position.
The NWFL will resume on Wednesday (tomorrow) after the two-week festive break.
Robo Queens will battle Rivers Angels at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.
