Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has set the records straight on his status in the music industry.

He sparked mixed reactions after he said that there is nothing like the ‘big 3’, but only the ‘big 2’ and then there’s him.

While performing at a concert, the singer was heard singing one of his recent songs and suddenly stopped to address his fans.

He could be heard saying, “Next time anybody tells you about anything called the ‘big 3’, tell them there’s only the ‘big 2’ and then, there’s Burna Boy.”

While it is unsure who he was referring to as the big two, many have claimed that the singer meant Wizkid and Davido are the big two, and he isn’t on their level or in their category to make it the ‘big 3’, hence, there’s just the big two and there’s Burna Boy.
