Images Importing Problem On Music Section

I am currently having issues with images importing at the music section (Failed To Copy Image From Source). I had tried many source images but to no avail. I want you to pls fix it right away. And pls try mod another upload file that can enable us import images via phone (unlike the present one). Hope to see a resolve.
