Ghanaian Jollof Has No Flavour - Chef Hilda Baci (Video)

Award-winning Nigerian chef, Hilda Baci has given her opinion on Ghanaian jollof, stating that it has no flavour.

She made this known in a podcast with other Ghanaians and she further proved her point when she recollected a Jollof competition between Nigeria and Ghana.

Hilda Baci had won the competition and she remembered tasting the Ghananian jollof but it had no flavour and she was sure that was her competitor’s best attempt at the meal.

The chef says she has seen their recipes for the different types of the country’s jollof and it is basic at most.

On the other hand, Hilda praised Nigerian jollof claiming Nigerians do not play with flavour building.
