Bellingham wins 2023 Golden Boy Award

Real Madrid midfielder, Jude Bellingham has won this year’s Golden Boy Award.

This follows an impressive year in which he emerged as one of the best young players in the world.

Bellingham won the prize ahead of Bayern Munich’s Jamal Musiala and Barcelona defender, Alejandro Balde.

The Golden Boy is given to the best footballer under the age of 21 in Europe across a calendar year.

Previous winners include Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappé and Lionel Messi.

Last year, Barcelona midfielder, Gavi was named the 2022 Golden Boy.
