Super Eagles Defender, Chidozie Awaziem is up for Boavista Player of the Month for October, Waploaded reports.
Awaziem featured in all of Boavista’s three Portuguese Super Liga games last month.
The 26-year-old was exceptional as Boavista won all three league fixtures.
The centre-back will battle Robert Bozenik and Sebastian Perez for the award.
Awaziem has made nine league appearances for the modest side this season.
Boavista currently occupy sixth position on the table with 15 points from nine games.
