BBNaija star, Pere Egbi has denied being behind a bouquet of roses, some cash and other items Mercy Eke recently showed off.

The items were reportedly given to the reality star by a mystery man.

In a trending video, Mercy could be seen blushing as a violinist played on while the gifts were presented to her.

Many people thought the sender would be her “love interest” Pere Egbi.

Recall that while in the BBNaija All Stars house, both housemates became super close and after the show, they portrayed themselves as lovers.

Pere has however,  shared a post on his X handle saying he was not the sender.
