EPL: Rio Ferdinand names two teams he wants to win title ahead of Man City

Former Manchester United manager, Rio Ferdinand, has said he would prefer Arsenal or Tottenham to win the Premier League title this season.

The two North London clubs are currently joint-top with 20 points after eight fixtures.

Speaking on Vibe with Five podcast, Ferdinand admitted he does not want Manchester City to win it for the fourth consecutive year.

“I think Man City will go on and win it, but I would really like Arsenal to win it this year.

“I don’t want Man City to win it four times in a row.

“I’d also like Spurs to win it too. I am a big fan of Ange (Postecoglou),” Ferdinand said.
