EPL: Berbatov predicts Arsenal vs Tottenham, Man Utd, Chelsea fixtures

Former Manchester United striker, Dimitar Berbatov has predicted some of this weekend’s Premier League games, including the North London Derby.

Arsenal and Tottenham are both on 13 points after their opening five games.

Ange Postecoglou has Spurs playing well again, while the Gunners marked their return to the Champions League with an emphatic 4-0 thrashing of PSV in midweek.

Manchester United fell to a fourth defeat in five games against Bayern Munich and will travel to Burnley.

Berbatov told BetFair: “Man City v Nottingham Forest – I expect Nottingham Forest to have a decent season and they will surprise big teams for sure, but if City stay concentrated, they won’t be able to do anything about it. Prediction 3-0.

“Burnley v Man United – Man United have to be ready to win games like this. I think they will win this game, but if they don’t then it’ll be a full on crisis for them. Prediction 0-2.

“Chelsea v Aston Villa – Aston Villa won last time and I saw Bailey scoring and Diaby assisting, which was a nice Bayer Leverkusen connection. I’ll surprise a few and say that Aston Villa win this one. Prediction 1-2.

“Arsenal v Tottenham – Any team can win it. It’s a derby, it doesn’t matter where you are in the table. Whoever wants it more will take the win but I think it’ll be a draw. Prediction 2-2.”
