Instant Pics See Soldier Arrested For Robbery As Two Other 'Military' Personnel Escape
The police in Ghana have arrested a military man stationed at the 37 Military Hospital for an alleged robbery. The military man Corporal Bernard Tsagli is said to be working with three other military personnel and a taxi driver identified as Joseph Ansah.
In an interview with Daily Guide Newspaper, the Accra Regional Police Commander, DCOP Osaberima Oware Asare Pinkron III, narrated that the Baatsona police received a complaint from a female on May 8, 2017 that at about 11am the previous day, she was robbed by Corporal Tsagli and his accomplices after withdrawing an amount of GH¢1,500 from a bank on the Spintex road, community 18 junction.
The Police he said then mounted surveillance leading to their arrest.
Corporal Tsagli and Joseph Ansah were arrested, but two other supposed military men escape.
A search conducted on them showed they had a taser and handcuffs.
The two have denied the offence but investigations are still ongoing.
Meanwhile, the police is still searching for the other two military personnel.
