Ria Sean is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who came to prominence after being unveiled as the latest signee to the Aristokrat record label in June 2021 and was accompanied with the single “Lemonade”. She is well known for her unique style of music which is a fusion of Afropop, R&B with Lo-Fi undertones. She has worked with the likes of Adekunle Gold and Ayra Starr.

Early Life

Ria Sean was born Gloria Asene Enebi on August 10, 1999 in Nigeria.

Career

Ria Sean developed interest in music at a very early age and began singing in church. She came through professionally at the age of sixteen with music influences from the likes of Frank Ocean, Brandy, and Chris Brown.

She is also signed to Def Jam Records through her deal with Aristokrat Records, which is already a home to the likes of Burna Boy, Ceeza Milli, Mojeed and many others.

She featured on the compilation album: Sounds from The Basement Gig – Vol 1, in 2019. She released her EP “Fluid” in September 2021 and Love Station EP in November 2022.
