Wikki Tourists coach targets positive start to new NNL season

Wikki Tourists head coach, Muhammed Azeez is targeting a winning start in the upcoming season.

The newly appointed tactician hinted that a positive start to the upcoming NNL campaign will boost the players’ confidence.

Azeez also revealed that the aim of the team is to secure promotion back to the Nigeria Professional Football League.

“A winning start is crucial for us,” Azeez told the club’s media.

“A positive start will give the players big boost in achieving out goals.

“The target is to gain promotion back to the NPFL,” he stated.

The Bauchi Elephants were relegated from the NPFL last season.

The new NNL season is expected to commence in September.
