Barcelona manager, Xavi Hernandez has confirmed that Ousmane Dembele wants to leave the club for Paris Saint-Germain.

It is believed that PSG are ready to trigger a €50million release clause in Dembele’s contract with the LaLiga champions.

The player himself has reportedly agreed personal terms with PSG and is set to leave the Nou Camp.

Dembele’s decision to dump Barca has left Xavi sad.

“Ousmane Dembélé told us that he wants to leave and join PSG. We can’t compete, PSG bid is huge and out of the market — he spoke to Luis Enrique and Al Khelaifi.

“It hurts me because we took care of him to make him happy here. But we can’t compete, he’s leaving,” Xavi told reporters.
