Recall that the reality star star had gone under the knife for the second time weeks ago to increase the size of her backside.

Following a successful surgery, the reality star has gone online to share how she is adjusting to the changes made to her body.

She shared a video of herself struggling to contain her enlarged backside into her old trousers.
