Classiq is a popular Northern Nigerian singer, Rapper, and performer. He gained prominence for his songs Susanna, and Tinini Tanana. Arewa Mafia as fondly called is known for his music style of singing in both Hausa and English language. His punchlines has caught the attention of hip hop lovers.

Early Life

Classiq was born Buba Barnabas Luka on September 21, 1991, in Bauchi State, Nigeria. His parents are Mr and Mrs Luka.  He is the first son of his father in a family of three children. His father is a lecturer while his mum is a nurse

He went to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Staff Primary for his primary education and proceeded for his secondary education. He obtained a degree in Computer Science

Career

Classiq started his music career at the age of 16. He developed his passion for music with inspiration from the likes of Talib Kweli, Asa, Naeto C, Kahli Abdu and so on.
