Nigerian Woman Arrested in Libya For Alleged Possession Of Sorcery And Witchcraft Paraphernalia (Photos)
A Nigerian woman has been arrested by the Libya Security Forces (77th Company of 128th Brigade) over alleged possession of sorcery and witchcraft paraphernalia.
The woman was arrested at the weekend in Sokna, a Saharan desert oasis town in the Fezzan region of southwest Libya.
She was transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department in Al-Jafra district where during interrogation she allegedly admitted to performing acts of “witchcraft and sorcery” with her husband in Sabha.
