NPL Playoffs: Winning top scorer award big privilege – Enyimba forward, Obioma

Enyimba striker Chukwuemeka Obioma has revealed that winning the 2022-23 Nigeria Premier League golden boot award is a privilege.

The combative forward won the prestigious award after scoring 16 goals during the campaign.

Obioma said he would continue to improve himself to achieve more feats.

“What a special moment in my professional life! Winning a Golden Boot, it’s a privilege for me,” he told DAILY POST in Lagos.

“I’ll keep challenging myself because I want to do better every time, and I want to keep chasing for more records.

“We want to keep winning more titles and more trophies with personal awards.”

Obioma also won a cash prize of N500,000.
