This is to inform the general public that the Colleges of Nursing Sciences, Agbor, Warri, Eku and the Department of Midwifery Asaba and Sapele forms are now on sale for the October, 2023 Batch.

FORMS ON SALE ARE:

•General Nursing (3 years) - Agbor, Warri and Eku

•Basic Midwifery (3 years) - Asaba and Sapele

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) Credits at SSCE at not more than two (2) sittings which includes English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Forms are obtainable at various Colleges of choice, Agbor, Warri and Eku and the Department of Midwifery Asaba and Sapele at a non refundable fee of N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira only).
