EPL: He’s fabulous – Hargreaves names player that’ll not follow Southampton to relegation

Former Manchester United midfielder, Owen Hargreaves, has said that a top-six side will sign Carlos Alcaraz from relegated Southampton this summer.

The Saints have been relegated from the Premier League after Saturday’s 2-0 defeat at home to Fulham.

Alcaraz has been so impressive since joining the South Coast side in a £12.3 million deal from Argentine side Racing Club in the January transfer window.

He has been the club’s standout performer, scoring four goals in 18 appearances.

“You know what, he’s fabulous,” Hargreaves told Premier League Productions.

“He’ll probably go to a top-six side, Carlos Alcaraz. He is fantastic.”
