EPL: Man City suffer huge injury doubt ahead of Liverpool clash
Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland, was not spotted in training on Thursday ahead of this weekend’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.
Haaland pulled out of Norway’s first two Euro 2024 qualifiers through injury.
This makes him a doubt for Saturday’s crunch game at the Etihad.
The 22-year-old played just over an hour in City’s last game, an FA Cup quarter-final victory over Burnley, before leaving the pitch with a groin problem.
Manchester City shared pictures of Wednesday’s session on club media as their players returned from international duty.
Defenders Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake were involved, while Jack Grealish was among the England stars back on club duty.
