Residents amazed as thief enjoys sound sleep after receiving beating for stealing Benz parts (Video)

Residents of a community caught a suspected thief stealing parts from Mercedes Benz and beat him up mercilessly.

After subjecting him to physical punishment, they then tied his legs and hands with ropes and dropped him by a roadside shop.

The car parts he stole but was not able to escape with were laid out on the floor close to where was dropped.

The incident happened at night and a video which surfaced online captured the moment residents came out to see him sleeping soundly while he was still bound.

A guy in the background was amazed that a thief who was caught, beaten and bound still felt relaxed enough to fall asleep peacefully.
