Babcock University notice on resumption from election break

Following the postponement to 18th March 2023 the Gubernatorial and State House of Assembly elections from 11th March 2023 In obedience to the directives of the National Universities Commission for the closure of higher institution of learning for the forthcoming general elections, all Babcock students are by this notice informed that academic activities will now resume in the University on Monday 20th March 2023.

It further added that the second semester resumption and online registration for 100 Level & 200 Level Direct Entry/Transfer Students will commence on Monday 20th March 2023, and classes will begin on Tuesday 21st March 2023


Arrival of all other students (200L-600L) is from Tuesday 21st March to Wednesday 22nd March 2023 and classes begin on Wednesday 22nd March 2023.

As a result of the current development  the undergraduate Matriculation earlier scheduled for Thursday 23rd March has been postponed. A new date will be communicated to students.
