REQUIREMENTS 

Atleast 5 credits in SSCE, NECO, GCE in not more than 2 sittings to Include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology 

• Photocopies of credentials, Birth Certificate,/Sworn Age Declaration and Marriage certificate (if married)/ Baptismal card 

• 3 recent passport photographs 

• Photocopy of secondary school testimonial

METHOD OF APPLICATION 

Application forms are obtainable from the college on payment of a nonrefundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only.

Payments is made into Zenith Bank in favour of the St. Charles Borromeo College of Nursing Onitsha
