Physically Challenged Student Dances Joyfully As She Graduates From UNIPORT (Video)
A physically challenged lady, Cindy Chilaka has celebrated after achieving one of her dreams.
Chilaka recently graduated from the University of Port Harcourt.
The excited lady who is also a hairstylist, posted a video of herself dancing after she finished her final examinations on January 25, 2023.
"Congratulations to me. Latest Graduate. What God cannot do does not exist." she captioned the video.
