White woman sparks concern as she's spotted barefoot and looking unkempt at Sangotedo
A white woman was filmed looking unkempt and disoriented at Sangotedo in Ajah, Lagos State.
She was seen on Friday evening, Jan. 20.
The woman, wearing a sleeveless top and skirt, had red spots – like syringe marks – all over her body and a cigarette in her hand.
