Adam LZ was born in a farmer town on May 5, 1995, in Woodbury, Connecticut. He began making videos when he was just 15 years old, starting with guitar-related material before moving on to BMX videos. In 2014, he launched the LZBMX channel, which introduced the vlog style that has come to represent his signature. This channel also features BMX topics and riding clips.
