The man in California, was arrested after he allegedly threw a massive python at customers in a sushi bar.
The unidentified man ate at the restaurant, paid for his $200 meal, then first came back in with a small snake.
Customers told him to 'get out' with the small snake, which angered the man, who came back in with the mammoth 13-foot albino Burmese python on Sunday night.
The suspect had been showing the snake off to children in the parking lot before the incident happened.
Waitresses said the man came in shouting obscenities before throwing the snake down.
Speaking with CBS Los Angeles, a waitress Jessie Davaadorj said: 'We told him to get this thing out! You know, everyone's like eating so customers are yelling, "Get this thing out! Are you crazy"'
'We asked him like three or four times and he said, "no".
Sissi Dashtort, another waitress, said. 'He was like starting fights with the customers so we had to call the police and fire department,'
As terrified customers ran out of the restaurant, the snake tried to slither away but got stuck.
Animal Control was called and rescued the snake before taking it away.
The man was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats.
