A Ugandan woman who supposedly gave birth to a python has pleaded to officials from the Uganda Reptiles Village not to take her child. Nnaalongo Barbra Nvannungi, from the Nakawuka village in Wakiso district, was shocked when the wildlife officials showed up at her home to take her ‘son’ away.
This came after villagers complained that Nnaalongo was possessing a huge snake, which is a threat to the community.

According to reports from Uganda, Nnaalongo claims she gave birth to two children, a boy (the python) and a girl, in December 2007 after the death of her husband who had left her pregnant.
She begged that she be allowed to stay with the snake because it’s her biological child.
