Paramount Network has finally dropped the official trailer for the upcoming fifth season of Yellowstone, teasing the return of the Dutton family. The hit family drama is scheduled to make its return on Sunday, November 13.

The Yellowstone Season 5 trailer teases the price that the Dutton family must pay for the immense power and control they seek to acquire in Montana. It also gives fans a preview of John’s new role as the Governor of Montana.

Yellowstone is created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson. It stars Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, Brecken Merrill, Jefferson White, Forrie Smith, Denim Richards, Ian Bohen, Finn Little, Ryan Bingham, Gil Birmingham, Jen Landon, and Kathryn Kelly.

“The series chronicles the Dutton family, led by John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous cattle ranch in the United States,” reads the synopsis. “Amid shifting alliances, unsolved murders, open wounds, and hard-earned respect – the ranch is in constant conflict with those it borders – an expanding town, an Indian reservation, and America’s first national park.”

Season five will consist of 14 episodes, which will be divided into two seven-episode parts. The series is scheduled to return on Sunday, November 13, with a special two-hour premiere event.

Yellowstone is executive produced by John Linson, Art Linson, Taylor Sheridan, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari, and Stephen Kay. The Paramount Network original drama is co-produced and co-financed by 101 Studios.
